Stewed beans with sausages


Sausages 400-450 g
Bulbs 1-2 pcs.
Garlic 2 cloves
Bouillon 150-200 ml
Tomatoes 400 g
Canned beans 2 banks
Corn 1 can

Cooking method

  • Fry the sausages in a frying pan until golden brown, set aside for now on a plate
  • Fry the onions.
  • Grind the tomatoes with garlic in a blender, add to the onion, add the broth, bring to a boil.
  • Arrange the beans, corn, spices and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the sausages into thick pieces, add to the beans, simmer covered for 5 minutes.
