Pumpkin baked in foil


Pumpkin pulp with skin 500 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Juice of half a lemon
Coriander seeds half tsp
Chopped greens
or dry herbs
(I took the Provencal blend)
Ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • Peel the garlic, crush it with salt, pepper, coriander, herbs, add oil and lemon juice, mix.
  • Cut the pumpkin into large pieces, grate with the resulting mixture.
  • Make a foil pocket, put the pumpkin in it, pour over the rest of the sauce, bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  • 5 minutes before cooking, open the pocket for a crispy crust.

Cooking program:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

It's a pretty good snack. Whoever likes it spicier - you need more garlic, and let the pumpkin marinate in the sauce for 10-15 minutes.

It is very important not to overexpose the pumpkin in the oven, otherwise you will get sprawling puree.
