Ingredients

Zucchini 0.5KG
Carrot 0.3 kg
Onion 0.2KG
Tomatoes 0.5KG
Salt 1 tbsp. l.
with a slide
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
without slide
Vegetable oil
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Ground pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Peel all vegetables. Cut the courgettes and onions into cubes, coarsely grate the carrots. Grate the tomato from the tomato, discard the skin. First fry the zucchini, put in a saucepan. Fry onions and carrots. Cover with tomato and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the resulting sauce over the zucchini, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, pepper and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes. Put the caviar in a blender, after removing the bay leaves, and grind everything in puree. If there is no blender, then everything is finely ground through a meat grinder. Store in a refrigerator in a sealed container.
