Ingredients

3 eggs
125 gr soft butter
100 grams of sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
200 g flour + 1 level teaspoon baking powder
125 ml liquid (drinking) cream or milk

20-25 gr cold butter
powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks and beat with 1 packet of vanilla sugar until firm. Beat butter with a mixer, gradually adding sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks. Add flour, baking powder and milk in two steps. Stir in whipped egg whites with a spoon. The dough turns out to be the consistency of a delicate cream.

  • Put the dough into prepared molds (a very full tablespoon at a time), sprinkle with almond flakes and carefully place the cold butter cut into flakes.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° (convection 160 °) for about 20-25 minutes.
