Soda 1 tsp
Dry mustard 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grind the egg with sugar, melt butter (you can take softened room temperature), add to the mixture, then sequentially sour cream, salt, flour. The dough should be the consistency of thick sour cream. Mix soda with mustard, add 3 teaspoons of water, stir, pour into the dough, stir and bake immediately.

It turns out a rather delicate and tasty crust, there is no mustard taste, any cream is optional. Quite simple and inexpensive.
