Scarpaccia - thin zucchini pie without dough (+ video)

Ingredients

young zucchini or zucchini 750-800 g
green onion bundle.
zucchini or zucchini flowers (you can skip) 130-150 g
thyme 2-3 wet.

Cooking method

Cut young zucchini or zucchini into thick strips.
Chop the onion and thyme.
