Ingredients

small zucchini 8-12 centimeters 15-20 pcs.
minced mutton (beef) 200 g
dry rice 150 g
turnip onion 1/2 pcs.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
cumin (cumin) ground 1/2 tsp
ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
nutmeg 1/3 tsp
dry mint in minced meat + sauce 1 + 1 st. l.
chili flakes 1/2 tsp
carnation 3-4 bottles
nar-sharab or pomegranate syrup 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
garlic 2-3 tooth.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
any greens
sumac
ground tomatoes or juice 1/2 l
broth or water 1/2 l
salt taste

Cooking method

Trim small zucchini on both sides.
Take out the pulp with a small knife and a coffee spoon.
Salt.
Rinse the rice and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
Add spices to the minced meat (cumin, ground black pepper, nutmeg, mint), chopped onion, oil. Mix.
Drain the rice from the rice.
Add rice to minced meat, salt, mix well.
Stuff the zucchini. Fill the zucchini with minced meat not completely so that they do not burst during cooking. Fold into a saucepan.
Mix broth or water with chopped tomatoes.
Pour the zucchini. Salt.
Put on fire, let it boil. Taste, add sugar if necessary.
Add chili and cloves.
Cook covered over low heat until the rice is tender.
5 minutes before cooking, add bay leaves, chopped garlic and mint.
Pour in nar-sharab or pomegranate syrup.
Let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn off.
Serve with herbs, sprinkle with sumac.
