Cooking is not difficult. The main thing is to do this with love for your loved ones!

I found the recipe on the Internet.
To be honest, I didn't understand the actions with flour and water at all. I do not think that if you fry the flour at once, it will make any difference. Maybe I'm wrong.
I have long wanted to try to cook this type of halva. All Azerbaijani video channels describe this dish as very tasty. I do not want to offend anyone, but I cannot say that this is a masterpiece. Maybe I couldn't cook it the way it should. Perhaps we are still used to other desserts. I can't say it's that bad. It seems nothing, but I will definitely not repeat it.

Long ago, as a child, visiting her aunt, my sister made halva from flour and out of poverty from margarine. The taste was unusual and interesting. And it happened in a village not far from Zhdanov. Angela, thank you very much, I will definitely try it. My grandmother also fried flour - it was the filling and made dumplings. Mom didn't cook this for us, this dish was from a hungry time, my grandmother had five children and she then made it for us. I still remember the taste of fruit drink and sauerkraut. Thank you, Angela, for your work and mood. Health to you and your dear ones. With love and respect
