The presence of functions of work under pressure, for steam, greatly expands the possibilities, plus the cooking speed is higher.
The pastries, I think, are better, larger and easier in Kuzin. But for me and in Kuzin, baking is not particularly pleasant in comparison with the oven.
Tomorrow I will try the grill mode. It seems to me that it will turn out faster. Steaks are definitely better here.
