Manon
Good evening! Can I come to your subject?)
I am choosing a planetary mixer now and how difficult it was! After reading discussions, reviews, etc., I came to the conclusion that Kenwood and Kitchen are most praised.
I really want induction, but too expensive for me. I have roughly decided on the 7300s model, but in different stores they are unobtrusively discouraged from it. In one Mvideo they said that it is better to take the 5100T, there is no difference at all in the work, but only an extra 10 thousand rubles.
The representatives of the induction stand said that there is nothing better than induction, and the 7300s generally has backlash during operation.
In another Mvideo they said why Kenwood, this money is just a brand, better Bork or some kind of IMF ...
In short, they were completely confused, and the promotion with three nozzles as a gift will soon end ((
And then I found you! Maybe someone can tell you about 7300, like her, is it really so bad that it is really better to look at something else?
After all, she also costs decently. Well, for me, at least.

Can I go to your topic
Sure you may! We are glad to welcome you! I think that by the morning the users of the model you have chosen will catch up and prompt. In which city did you see induction on sale in a store? Or am I already completely behind life for three days?

And who can match a car with a volume of 4.6 liters for you? There is a difference between these two models, there is both in power and in the configuration, but I probably would not consider the 4.6 liters, but looked at the 6.7 models!

I have roughly decided on the 7300s model, but in different stores they are unobtrusively discouraged from it.
Often (more precisely, always) in stores there is a plan for the sale of a specific product, based on which they persuade or dissuade.

If we compare directly 7300 and 5100, and only in terms of specifications (it's just that I personally won't tell you about the work, I have never seen them live at work, only on the shelf), then they have a difference in the design, configuration and materials of the nozzles.

The equipment issue is solved by replacing or purchasing attachments, although this is additional. money, albeit not immediately. But nevertheless, in 7300 planetary nozzles made of stainless steel, flexi and a souffleika are additionally included in the configuration. Not so few people prefer to buy a cheaper model, but over time, realizing what they want (if they want), for example, another hook, buy it in addition, thereby increasing the class of the car for less money.

The design issue is the final choice. The 7300 uses more expensive materials on the outside (there may be a similar engine inside, here's the question), and there is a backlight in the bowl.

Just first you need to answer the question - what load do you plan on the car? How often will you use it and for what purpose? If the family and the family are small, cook for yourself, and not several cakes a day for sale, then maybe 4.6 liters. the bowl is good. If the load and frequency of use are planned to be large, then you can think about induction by installments?

That's how much Kenwood I have, that's how long this promotion goes
Only the date is changed, urging to buy sooner. The only thing, usually 5100 in the stock, and not so long ago KVC7300S and KVL8300S were added.

If you look at the office. site, then they have news about attachments from the future - dated May 3, 2019! And the dates of the promotion are 09/17/2018 to 01/31/2019. Because they corrected the year (before 2018 was), and missed the month.
🔗

But in Mvideo, they better monitor this, update the dates on time. Before NG, the date was December 31, 2018. And now until December 31, 2019.

Manon, I have an old model Chef Titanium 4.6 liters.Already wrote above 1 portion of marshmallow is not included in the bowl! The mass runs over the edge. Just understand that you cannot use the entire volume of the bowl. Useful volume less than declared 4.6. the gearbox was changed in the second year of operation - they passed the hercules soaked in milk through a meat grinder; the gearbox died. If possible, I would buy it with induction. It's like a sewing machine with 50 stitches. Satin stitches are rarely needed, but very helpful!
NatalyaB
Manon, I have a Titanium 7300s a little over a year and a half. Happy as an elephant. I'm not a pastry chef, but I bake something. The bowl is enough for the amount I need. Purchased not only because of the mixer (although, of course, because of it), but also as an assistant - grind, chop, chop. It turned out, also beat, rub, roll. And the grinder is great. I still don't need induction, but I wanted a smaller size. I bought it based on power and materials. Although, of course, you can't guess with breakdowns, then how lucky. And it hardly depends on the model. I have nothing backlash, no smell, moderate noise. For now, at least. That is, there are no complaints about the model. There are some attachments, but the attachments are common to the chefs.
Good luck with your choice!

Yes, I myself))) purely for financial reasons. It's just that now I have a simple manual moulinex with a 2.5-liter bowl, if to the eyeballs, and this one is almost twice as deep)

In general, I cook a lot. For home and family. I also make custom-made cakes, but in small quantities, it happens that only one cake per month. Now I have started trying gingerbread, so I need to cope with the gingerbread dough. There are plans for marshmallow, I really want to try it, but I did not dare to use the old mixer.
Therefore, I thought, since I did everything with a 2.5 liter bowl for so many years, then with 4.6 it will definitely be better))

How many marshmallows do you usually get from a portion? It's just that I have never tried to do it yet, everything is in the plans. And can you do half a portion or is it a portion for 1 protein?

4.6 this is to the edge, plus the whisk lowered down takes up space, that is, the real space for the mass to be whipped is about 3 liters. + -, but rather less. But there is still a lot of envy on the size of the kitchen and what the soul lies with. As far as I understand, you saw alive both the small and large bowl, the size of the machines. And we fell in love with 7300. And you need nozzles (there are many people who only have a mixer, all either with separate devices, or not).

I am in favor of induction, but I also do not dissuade from the choice made. The most important thing here is what you want, what do you dream about when you think about the car. The dreamed works better than the imposed
NatalyaB
Manon,

Do you get a nozzle for a vegetable cutter and a meat grinder?
No, I have accumulated a lot: a food processor, a blender, a meat grinder, a rolling machine, a spirolizer, a small chopper, a sieve ... Somehow, in excitement, I bought something, gave something.
Miranda
NatalyaB, and what are your complaints?
I don’t trust juicers (except for the new one, which we don’t sell yet, there is no opinion), and the ice cream roulette. Even the drums of the grater have never attracted, and for a separate grinder, but these two are already personal, and not because the attachments are unsuccessful.
Juli-Lev
Manon, if there are marshmallows in the plans, then definitely a large bowl, from 1 portion of 250 g of puree 20 pieces of marshmallows come out, about 30-35 g each.
NatalyaB
Miranda, you are right, juicers. I don't like the centrifuge at all, and the berry press is not universal, and you often need to clean it. (For blanks and jelly, a sieve rescues). Therefore, I'm waiting for a new screw, reviews.
Not really like shredder on low speed socket. Purchased for blanks, since the kitchen layout does not allow high-speed use. Well, I don’t like it: some undefined pieces are obtained, I put them further away, I replace them with a cube cutter or a processor.
Complaints about the food processor appeared after dropping it from a 40-centimeter height - and cranks: fragile light plastic and a heavy handle, no chance: the handle just ripped out a piece of plastic. Somehow ill-considered. But these are already details.

Yes, a food processor is also not suitable for minced meat: before Kenwood, minced meat was made in a Philips processor, which was cheap. Excellent, it was enough to stop at the desired consistency. And Kenwood grinds unevenly, a certain amount is obtained in the form of a paste. But it's good that I bought a meat grinder attachment! So, I get around.

Great! I was initially inclined to take a meat grinder, a blender and some kind of grater or cube cutter as a gift.
But then I read that there are problems with the meat grinder and that it is better, because of the loads on them, to take a separate one. Cubes also seem to be needed more often for Olivier, that is, not so often. Therefore, while I'm leaning towards a vegetable cutter and something else) I have not yet met any reviews about blenders, whether they are strong enough to cope with herbs, for example, for smoothies.

Above - is it a cube cutter or a spiralizer? These are normal, although not essential. And I do not like the drum, like a meat grinder.

No, it's called a vegetable cutter attachment. Similar to a cube cutter, only with disc graters, as in a processor with a bowl.
Yes, for some reason drumming did not inspire confidence.

If you already have a separate good one, then the attachment may not be needed. And if so far there is no good one, then the attachment will not disappoint.

Cubic cutter.
It is used not only for Olivier, but also for any vinaigrettes, vegetable stews, soups, for seasonal preparations - seaming and freezing.
For many, it is always at hand.
I rarely use it, because I don’t do much preparation, and for a small amount of salads, an alligator is enough for me, but I’m not going to get rid of the cube.

Manon, try to read the topics at least diagonally, and many questions will disappear from you.
Good luck!
NatalyaB
Manon, uh, well, it's on the high speed jack. I have so much worth a km that it is impossible to use a high-speed vegetable cutter: from the rear - the edge of the curbstone, a cliff, and it is difficult to turn the car. That's why I didn't buy it. But, in general, for my purposes, there are still enough cutting graters.
____
Now, like Buridanov's donkey, I thought about the noodle cutter. I have been thinking for a long time. Two - a lot, not so often will be needed. But the smallest (for talolini) or larger, so that the width is 3.5 mm, is it more versatile? You can never cut the smallest by hand, for sure, but even wider it is difficult to evenly. Eh, in general!

The choice, of course, is up to you, but with a larger bowl it is better.
Miranda
NatalyaB, about the same opinion.
I made minced meat in a food processor, but once as an experiment. My conclusion is that it all depends on the quantity and how to do it - at a constant speed or through the pulse. And how far the meat is cleaned or is it generally chicken. And so with a knife I make a sausage emulsion, when a small number of ingredients (and when a large number, then laziness in batches), I grind everything.

The modern line looks like this (from junior to senior): Chef Sense -> Chef (without additional words) -> Chef Elite -> Chef Titanium -> Cooking Chef

Each series (except for cooking) has a small and a large bowl (then there is XL in the name). Chef Sense is available in two versions - regular (5000) and color (5100), the difference between them is in power (5100 has more) and in the form of planetary attachments (whisk, K-shaped and hook).

But color Sense XL is not officially sold in Russia, and the average excellent Elite model of any size. And Chef (without additional words) almost disappears if the remains are found. That is, in fact, three options are left in the office for sale - the younger, the flagship without induction, Titanium, and induction. So choose, as they say.

The younger one is not that weak, but still for smaller loads, purely for the home / family, with ordinary cooking for every day. And many are satisfied.

Because then some model won't be on sale. It is believed that it is problematic for our person to give a choice - the middle is poorly sold, he will either take the cheapest, arguing why to overpay, or the most expensive (often on credit), persuading himself that I will only pay a little, but better .. Foreign people are able to choose exactly according to your needs and finances (such an opinion). They also have more configuration options - just a car, a car + a blender + a meat grinder, a car + 5-6 attachments. Not as gifts, but in the package.

Or another answer - the Russian division is simply too lazy to build different marketing programs for different models. Therefore, the variety is reduced to nothing, instead of 4 rulers + induction, there are only two rulers - the younger, the senior, and induction.

Quote: Manon
And the price for the elite is two times lower than for the titanium here.
If you follow my link, then there is still a minus of almost 5 thousand rubles, since the deduction of European VAT. Elite differs from Titanium - there is no flexi and souffleika, no illumination in the bowl. Their bowls are slightly different in design (measuring scale inside, handles, emblem, but this is insignificant in general). The design of the car itself and some other insignificant little things. But the main thing - flexi and souffleika + backlight - this is a real monetary difference.

But the most important thing is

this is the price of a bare car without extra. nozzles (planetary in a mandatory configuration, they are included in the "naked"). Take a look at Kenwood's official multilingual site, a must-have for every country and this site keeps track of the headquarters. In the Russian version, the recommended price is completely different. 🔗

All these "attachments" as a gift are included in the price. The small Titanium is not 55, but 43, the big Titanium is not 60, but 47. These 12-13 thousand plus - and there are nozzles "as a gift", well, at least with a discount. And Sense is also not worth 45 thousand + 3 nozzles as a gift. He in other countries, even in Ukraine, naked costs 26-29 thousand (depends on the country and currency).

Therefore, the German naked Elite, minus the European VAT (18 or 19%), is twice cheaper than the Russian Titanium + supposedly gift tips. But not much cheaper than a naked Titanium in Germany.

Miranda, it is difficult to disagree with this. Although the first option is correct, for us, the more expensive the product, the better.
Premium class is Premium class. And the backlight, and the bowl, and plugs with magnets, and 5 planetary attachments are good. But, in order not to punch a hole in the family budget, and you can safely do without them.

Backlighting is good for those who have a culinary blog for photos and videos. Well, maybe even a dark kitchen and / or poor eyesight. In other cases, as for me - show-off, albeit pleasant. And here + two planetary nozzles are a real plus (you can buy it for other models). But the difference in price is the difference in price. The Titanium has more amenities than the Elite, but the motor itself and the material of the planetary attachments are the same. So they are quite comparable models in terms of functionality. It is a pity that they are not sold in Russia.

Manon, there is no air communication between Kiev and Moscow since 2015. Only through Minsk. Belavia airline. Carry-on baggage. Belavia airline limits the size of hand luggage for business class and economy class passengers to one unit with dimensions of 55x40x20 cm. At the same time, business class passengers can take on board hand luggage weighing up to 12 kg, and in economy class - up to 8 kg. Luggage. Belavia Airlines uses the weight concept of baggage transportation on its flights. Business class passengers can check in several items with a total weight of up to 30 kg for free. the dimensions of each place should not exceed 50x50x100 cm.
Economy class passengers of Belavia can also check in several items, but their total weight should not exceed 20 kg. Each piece of baggage must not be more than 50x50x100 cm.

And the guarantee probably does not cover the same. With such troubles, it is better to buy in Germany, it will take longer, there are fewer body movements.
