the girls came to brag about what Kesha and I did over the weekend:

This is a chocolate fudge made like youtube. Divine! Stored smartly at room temperature. And how easy it was, without any thermometers, or any pitfalls, shine.

I also made satin marmalade from Erme (orange half), interpreted / translated by Nina Tarasova. I just followed Nina's instructions, but in our chef, well, a fairy tale, no thermometers, no games with syrup, well, just on one breath.

And I also made nougat according to the French Kenwood recipe (in the Kenwood book I have a recipe with a separate whipping of whites + cooking syrup and all that), and on YouTube, the French immediately throw all the ingredients together, it was like in a fairy tale.

I also brewed orange-lemon-lime jam with zest based on Erme's orange jam, interpreted / translated by Nina Tarasova. Before that, I had already cooked this jam twice in a saucepan according to the basic recipe as on Nina's page and it is very tasty, relatives fought with spoons because of the jar, but the lime version, this is just something completely awesome (in my opinion), and how much easier it is when Kesha carefully and without digesting it cooks it himself.

Well, I have everything from YouTube, from the official Kenwood videos (need to be translated?) or from Nina Tarasova's website (here it was more with intuition to remake Kesha).
Thanks for the pictures, it was very difficult because I have a soap dish without macro photography, I had to suffer.

Irina_SmithEverything you have done is wonderful! And the photos are very good, delicious
Please fill out these 4 recipes separately - many will be very grateful for them.
And throw links to us here for the sweet tooth
I will try, in the near future, though for some reason I could not download YouTube links, I was threatened with a ban for an external link, but I thought that YouTube is possible, because there is even a button for YouTube

Marina, THANKS, come on.

This is all thanks to Kesha, so I would hardly dare!

Thank you!

Today I was making mashed potatoes again, set it to cook for 30 minutes just in case, then beat it with a K-shaped nozzle for about 6 minutes. Everything turned out great, probably the kind of potatoes that take a long time to cook.

Cooking pasta in kenwood today, everything is just fine

We share: what we cook in our Kenwood kitchen machines :)

200g flour, 100g semolina, 3 eggs. A little olive oil. 2 speed

And it works so quietly, I expected it to be much louder (compared to my old Phillips)

Snezhana, credit noodles! Would you like to lay out a separate recipe?

Snezhana, test noodles! Would you like to lay out a separate recipe?

Yes, this is just the most common recipe, nothing special, and the proportions are standard
Erzulie
They came with a child from kindergarten, in less than an hour they made a cold cheesecake with Oreo with Kesha according to Andy Chef's recipe

And there is whipping and gelatin in a steam bath ...

The beauty!

I want to say that now cooking has become much more pleasant, I just want to cook something
