As the saying goes - "the leftovers are sweet", in this case it really is, such a salad, either a vinaigrette, or not a vinaigrette is scattered from the table with terrible force, so quickly my family does not even eat a real vinaigrette, I hope it will be useful to someone and such an option.

Tina, such a normal vinaigrette. Don't hurt him. I just love the sauerkraut variation more than the cucumber variation. Potatoes would not interfere with yours
MouseYulka, here are potatoes in a salad and they do not like in my family)) and disposal - the beets were ready, but nothing else)
Tina, an excellent vinaigrette, by the way my same love potatoes and carrots, I even do peas without them, only a boiled egg, a fresh cucumber and a little salted, sausage or boiled meat, well, Mr. peas. Yes, and I do not like the smell of potatoes, especially the next day, the salad is almost always left over, you cannot count on a single meal at a time.
V-tina, Tinochka,
For me, "no potatoes" is also a great option! And I always have a lot of carrots in sauerkraut!

Add green onions and parsley with dill. I love a lot of greenery. The freezer is full of them. Also "disposal".
Shyrshunchik, mamusi, girls, thanks, of course, this is not a vinaigrette in the usual version, but it's also very tasty, I hope you like this option
Good vinaigrette! I really wanted to. I also make myself without potatoes, though without peas. And I don't like cucumbers there.
Cabbage, beets, carrots, onions and hrum-hrum
Wiki, thanks, we also love vinaigrette more with cabbage, and, in general, we eat a lot of sauerkraut and hardly eat pickles. With peas, the taste is more interesting, I would also add an onion, but children do not like it, but it comes out very well without it
