Thin simple crunchy tartlets For everything

Ingredients

Flour 135 g
Milk (it is better not to replace with water) 135 ml
Eggs 2 medium (small possible)
Salt Taste
Ground pepper Optional

Cooking method

  • Mix everything with a whisk or mixer. Bake in a tartlet maker.
  • For baking thin tartlets in the tartlet maker First - pour the dough into the tartlet maker that has been heated until hot, just to cover the bottom. Snap the tartlet. Do not pay attention to sounds coming from the device during baking! The first portion is baked for 4 minutes. The next portion is faster.
