Baked ginger potatoes

Ingredients

small potatoes 1 kg.
garlic 3-4 tooth.
paprika (I have smoked) 1 tsp
chili dry flakes 1/2 tsp
grated ginger 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp + pinch
olive oil (any vegetable) 4-5 st. l.
thyme leaves option taste

Cooking method

  • Baked ginger potatoesWash small potatoes very thoroughly and boil until half cooked in their "uniform". About 15 minutes.
  • Baked ginger potatoesIn a bowl, mix half the oil, salt, grated garlic and ginger, paprika and chili flakes.
  • Baked ginger potatoesDrain the potatoes and let them dry. Place in a spacious baking dish. Pour the prepared mixture and mix the potatoes thoroughly. It should be completely lubricated.
  • Sprinkle a little on top with half of the remaining oil and salt a little.
  • Baked ginger potatoesPut the form in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

Angela, but what if you omit the pre-cooking and just bake the potatoes for 10-15 minutes longer?

Or does pre-cooking give you something more besides reducing the cooking time in the oven?
