Stadler Form Cottage Cheese Casserole with White Chocolate


cottage cheese 400 gr.
milk 200 ml.
semolina 4-6 st. l.
sugar 4-6 st. l.
chicken egg 2 tbsp. l.
White chocolate 80-100 gr.
vanillin pinch

Cooking method

  • Beat the cottage cheese, milk, semolina in a blender (if you want it denser - add 6 tbsp semolina) and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanillin, mix, but do not beat. Break the chocolate into pieces, add to the curd mass. Pour everything into a multicooker bowl greased with butter and put on the "Baking" program for 35-40 minutes. Serve the casserole hot or cold, you can pour it with condensed milk or melted chocolate.
