Fish Chops Cheese Clouds

Ingredients

Fish fillet (I have pangasius) 500 grams
hard cheese 200 grams
eggs 4 things.
wheat flour 0.5 tbsp.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
lemon 1/4 pcs.
pepper mix, seasoning taste
salt taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish fillet into medium-sized pieces and beat off slightly with a hammer. Then put the fish in a convenient form, sprinkling with seasonings. Drizzle with soy sauce, squeeze out a quarter of lemon and refrigerate for half an hour. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Beat eggs with a whisk with a pinch of salt. Prepare the cheese and egg mass. Then dip in the egg-cheese mixture, also on both sides. And fry in well-heated vegetable oil, turning, until golden brown. These are the golden "Clouds" !!! Very juicy and insanely tasty fish! Seasonings and herbs - further, to your taste.

Zhmenka, Zhenya, cool recipe! I want to do it tomorrow, but I didn't understand about flour - there are half a glass in the ingredients - where is it? Into an egg-cheese mixture - will there be batter then, or first into flour, and then into an egg and cheese?
