Ingredients

Cake cakes 1 package
Canned fish 1 can
Boiled eggs 3 pieces
Onion 1-2 pieces
Carrot 1-2 pieces
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 300-350g
Salt and black pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

    Add fried vegetables, finely chopped or grated eggs to the mashed fish.

    Distribute the filling on top.
  • Cover with the next cake and press down.

    We do the same with the rest of the cakes (I have 5 pieces). We get such a cake.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and refrigerate overnight to soak. You can sprinkle cheese not immediately, but before serving, I often do this. If you want the cake to soak quickly, you can put it in a plastic bag. As a result, we have just such deliciousness with minimal financial and labor costs.
