Spicy pumpkin soup with shrimps


Peeled pumpkin 300-400 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Boiled peeled shrimps handful
Garlic 3 cloves
Red hot ground pepper pinch
Ground black pepper taste
Salt taste
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Cut the pumpkin, put in a saucepan, pour boiling water over it. Cook until soft. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry them quickly in vegetable oil. When the onion is browned, put everything in a plate, and fry the shrimps in the remaining vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Pour onion and garlic into the pumpkin, puree everything with a blender. Salt the puree soup, bring to a boil, add cream if desired.
  • When serving, put greens, fried shrimps in a plate.
