Ingredients

ripe tomatoes in quarters 1 kg
bell pepper in pieces 180 g
cut red onion in half 130 g
red wine vinegar 100 g
garlic 2 tooth
honey 70 g
nutmeg pinch
black pepper 10 peas

Cooking method

Recipe from the book "I cook it my own way". We really enjoyed. It turned out a can of 0.5 + a glass of sauce, which we immediately diminished with spaghetti.
I will do more - you can, of course, experiment with seasonings.
