Oat pie with curd filling

Ingredients

Oat flakes 100 g
Flour 100 g
Sugar (dough + filling) 60 g + 50 g
Butter (margarine) 80 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
cocoa 1 tbsp
filling
Egg 1 PC
Sour cream 80 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Cottage cheese 250 GR

Cooking method

  • The cake is not made quickly, but super fast, it turns out, tender, light, juicy. Dough; In a bowl, combine cereal, sugar, cocoa, flour and baking powder. Cut the butter into pieces and add to the dry ingredients. Grind into crumbs. I did this with a plastic scraper, grease the mold with oil, pour out half of the crumbs, flatten, put the curd filling and the other half of the crumbs on top, flatten and put the mold in a cold princess, bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave for 10 minutes in it. Then take out the form, and while the cake is hot, carefully separate from the sides of the formOat pie with curd filling and leave to cool in it. We take it out of the mold, cut it into portions and enjoy.

Time for preparing:

30- 35 minutes

Cooking program:

from a cold state

Note

If you wish, you can add to the curd filling what you like, an apple, a banana, etc. But believe me, it’s delicious even without it !!!

Vera, a cute pie, should taste tender. I'll try to cook it.
velta25
francevna, Allochka, try and write, did you like it?

velta25, Vera, an interesting recipe, I bookmarked it and will try to cook it tomorrow. How does oatmeal feel in the finished cake? Are they swelling or crunchy?
velta25
Biryusa, Olga, the flakes are felt, but they become crispy, and the filling is so juicy, tender, and all together it's very much even nothing, actually try it, mine liked it.

My favorite taste! Just go right now and do it. But there is no one, I am alone at home today. Well, tomorrow I will definitely bake! Thank you!

velta25, I baked your cake. Well, what - sooo tasty, there are a lot of fillings, but for some reason I did not get enough dough (although, in terms of calorie content, this may be for the best). I barely covered the bottom of the mold with it, and already scattered the remains in an artistic mess on top of the filling. The cake is unlike any I've baked or tasted. It prepares very quickly, just a lifesaver, if you need to quickly figure out something for tea. The next time I bake, I want to try replacing butter with vegetable oil plus a little kefir. Then I'll write what happens.
Thanks for the recipe!

Flakes if measured by a glass and on a scale, it turns out quite differently. Probably the author measured out on the scales. For example, I am always confused (if the author did not specify): how to measure correctly: on the scales or with a glass
If you try with vegetable oil, write! We have natural butter in short supply
velta25
Biryusa, Ol, and I had enough crumbs for both the bottom and the top, apparently your shape is larger, I will wait for the result from you with vegetable oil, very interesting,lu_estrada, Lyudmilochka, cook for pleasure, Helen3097,
Shelena, Lena, I'm glad that I liked it Bishka, I'm sorry, to clarify, I've been weighing everything on the scales for a long time, so I forgot to write.

And what kind of hell are you? I have a diameter of 31 cm, for pizza. And those that are smaller do not rise in height.

Swept away Maybe I'll bake today (if the inspiration does not leave)

Then, it means that you need to increase the ingredients for a round shape of 31 cm or not stretch the dough to the brim
velta25
I think it's better to increase the amount of ingredients, otherwise if

do not stretch the dough to the brim
the cake will be difficult to take out

velta25-Verochka, thanks for the recipe. I think it's very tasty, fast, beautiful, and not very high in calories. And, judging by the previous posts, will be a success with everyone.! I will definitely cook in the future, but for now, bookmarks, in the queue.

Vera, Vera! Thank you very much for the absolutely sumptuous cake! It is very easy to prepare, and it tastes good!
I increased all proportions 2 times and baked in the Princess in the form. I used soft curd.
There is still a little cottage cheese left, tomorrow I will make your triangles, because there is already very little pie left.
velta25
Mirabel, Vika and thank you for such a wonderful review, I also really love this pie.
Tashenka
Vera, just today came across such a wonderful quick recipe. Thank you! But a question arose. Which flakes to use for long or fast cooking?
velta25
Tashenka, I think it doesn't really matter which flakes, but I always use the "slow" ones))
velta25

I will try to replace sugar with bananas, we excluded sugar from the diet.
velta25
I think that it will be very tasty with bananas, I really like the combination of cottage cheese and bananas)))

Then maybe you can put bananas in the filling, but don't put sugar in the dough at all, eh?
I want to try baking ...
I don't eat sugar ...
velta25
mamusi , And what kind of sahzam? The pie is still sweet))) If nothing at all, then instead of sugar in the dough, increase the amount of flour and flakes, otherwise you will not get a crumb.
mamusi

Uh-huh, let's do
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Vera, and if there is no Princess, only an oven and a mini-oven ... then in what mode can this pie be baked?
velta25
ANGELINA BLACKmore,
There is a video above, where I baked a pie in the oven, I had a top, bottom mode, a temperature of 180 degrees, baked for 30 -35 minutes.
