Ingredients

Fresh birch sap, for one cooking option 3 liters
Sugar to taste
for the first option
lemon 3 pieces
dried mint 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
for the second option
lemon 4 pieces
frozen berries 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I was lucky. A neighbor brought me a canister of fresh birch sap. There was no time to think. Fortunately, there was a lemon at home. I decided to make two options - light and pink.
  • I poured juice into one saucepan, added sugar (5 tbsp for my taste), added dried mint. Brought to a boil, but after boiling immediately turned off. I added lemon and covered.

  • I poured juice into another saucepan, added sugar (5 tbsp for my taste). Brought to a boil, but after boiling immediately turned off. I added thawed berries and covered with a lid. I have a mixture of berries - cherry, red and white currant.

  • Preparing the candles. Insisted all night. Was ready for dinner. Perfectly brewed. The color is slightly unclear. The taste and aroma are awesome. Light mint drank immediately. Pink was the last to leave.

Note

Very tasty and hopefully useful. I tried to preserve vitamins.

So we produce juice exclusively for okroshka by the summer. We put 15-20 three-liter cans in the basement. And then we begin to empty these jars and roll cucumbers and tomatoes into them. This is the cycle of 3-liter cans in nature.
