turkey fillet 3-4 pcs
cheese 150 g
dry-cured loin (slices) 150 g
dry white wine 100 ml
cream 200 ml
dry seasonings
paprika 1 tsp
salt pepper
vegetable oil
lemon juice 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • On German sites, there are different recipes for making stuffed breast or turkey fillets. Various fillings: spinach, herbs, cheese, vegetables. I have prepared such a generalized dish. It turned out very tasty.
  • Cut the turkey fillet so that pockets are obtained.

  • Mix herbs, paprika and add some vegetable oil.
  • Season the fillet with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and spread the herbal mixture on all sides.

  • Cut the cheese into slices and put inside each fillet, close the pocket.
  • Now wrap each fillet in pieces of brisket so that the cheese does not protrude beyond the edges of the fillet.
  • Wrap each fillet with thread.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey on both sides until golden brown.

  • Transfer the meat to a plate.
  • Pour wine into the same pan and boil for several minutes, then add cream.
  • Boil for a few minutes.
  • Remove the threads and fold the turkey into a suitable saucepan, pour over the sauce and simmer over low heat for about 20-25 minutes.
