tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
flour 1 tbsp. l
bouillon 200-250 ml
curry 1 tbsp. l
sweet and sour apple 1 PC
lemon juice 1 tsp
mustard 1 tsp
cream 2 tbsp. l
salt

Cooking method

  • You can find different recipes for this delicious sauce, which invariably includes curry and tomato paste.
  • I present to you a recipe I tried, which my family really liked.
  • Required set of products:
  • German curry sausages (Currywurst)
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Peel and grate the apple.
  • Fry onions and garlic in olive oil.
  • Add tomato paste. Stir.
  • Gently add flour, stir and fry lightly.
  • Pour the broth in small portions, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps.
  • Add curry powder and bring to a boil.
  • Add the apple.
  • Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add lemon juice, mustard and salt to taste.

  • At the end, pour in the cream, mix well.
