Bulgarian pepper 1 kg
Tomato paste 0.5KG
Water 0,5 l
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1 tbsp. l (no slide)

Cooking method

  • Peel the pepper and cut it lengthwise into 2 cm wide slices at the base. Mix all products, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Do not digest! Cool down.
