Cooking method

As an option for replacing cocoa with hot chocolate in the dough, it suits very well (it is better not to put it in the glaze, it turns out a non-solidifying sticky mass).

  • Place light and dark dough alternately in the center of greased and floured tins. I laid out alternating 1 dessert spoon of dark and light dough (the more dough, the thicker the stripes).
