Ingredients

Cooking method

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Wash and peel two mackerels.

Sprinkle each mackerel with cranberries. If there are no cranberries, you can use currants.
Wrap each fish in foil, place in the oven and bake for about half an hour.
