Millet and rice porridge in oursson pressure cooker

Ingredients

Krasnodar rice 1 measuring cup
Millet 1/2 measuring cup
Natural milk 5 measuring cups
Butter 30-40 grams
Salt taste
White sugar 2-3 st. l. taste

Cooking method

  • I'm going back to preparing milk porridge in the Oursson pressure cooker.
  • Today I am showing the result of boiling milk porridge from rice and millet.
  • I use milk only natural and / or with a short shelf life. And I never use powdered, dry, reconstituted, and normalized milk for cooking porridge (and for other food applications).

  • For milk porridge, I bookmark milk at the rate of 1 measuring cup of cereal for 3-4 glasses of milk. If you need to cook porridge thicker or thinner, adjust the amount of milk.
  • I put all the products in the saucepan of the pressure cooker, install Porridge mode, pressure 1, time 30 minutes and turn on the START button, bring the porridge to readiness.
  • It will take a few additional minutes to release the pressure.
  • It turns out this is such a milk porridge

  • As you can see from the inside of the pan, the milk did not rise high, it remained at the level of milk-cereal.
  • The pot lid and valve are completely clean!

  • The porridge turned out to be of medium density, such as we like

Great result as always. And the porridge is in place and the lid is clean. Admin, Thank you
Whole milk as we see it. Maybe that's the salt? The saucepans seem to be the same for everyone
Now there are a lot of fakes ... a dairy product, a curd product, a cheese product ... there is nothing from milk, cheese and cottage cheese, maybe that's why we have incidents.

Tan, I am always in a deep swoon from your porridge
and not only from cereals

Tanya-Tanyulya, I also think so, it's about the quality of milk! Here are how many recipes for different cereals have already posted, and in fact there have never been punctures
Tanya-celfh, THANK YOU! Yes, my porridge somehow turns out by itself, I don't know why
Probably filled my hand already, they make and cook them almost every morning

Tanya - congratulations - you already seem to have become a Roman

kolosyanka, I do not have a "soup" function, but there is Cooking where you can perfectly cook boiled meat, soup.

And then, if there is a special. porridge mode, which perfectly copes with cooking any porridge, both milk and water, why should I use other programs

The Soup and Cook modes can be arranged in different ways:
- porridge, provides an approximate boiling of porridge for 14-15 minutes, then decrease the pace. and gradual simmering of cereals in water or milk, 30-40 minutes are enough for this.
- boil or soup, this is boiling meat in broth, about 40-60 minutes.

Everyone chooses for themselves which mode to use

Girls, please tell me, is it possible to cook such a porridge on a delayed start? I really want to buy such an orsyusha, and I don't understand in any way, is it possible to get ready-made porridge in the morning? After all, how did I understand mainly pressure cooking? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Porridge is prepared in the same way as any other porridge in any multicooker, including on a delayed start. Don't be afraid to experiment
I do not use a delayed start, I have enough time to put the porridge in the morning for breakfast, it does not take so long to cook
ZayaW
Admin, Thank you. I will experiment.
