Vanilla Pudding with Movie Caramel Samurai Pudding

Ingredients

cream 20% 200ml
milk 3.2% 75ml
egg 1 PC.
yolks 2.
sugar 4 tbsp. l without slide
vanilla sugar 1package
Caramel:
sugar 80gr.
lemon juice 1 st. l.
hot water 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • For pudding, combine; 1 egg, 2 egg yolks (you don't need whites), cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • It is not necessary to beat much, only so that the mixture becomes homogeneous.
  • Grease the molds with a thin layer of butter.
  • This norm of products will require 4 molds with a volume of at least 150 ml.
  • Caramel. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon (you only need 1 tablespoon). Keep hot water handy ... Melt sugar in a skillet over low heat. At the same time, the pan needs to be shaken from time to time. When the sugar darkens (this will happen very quickly), pour in the lemon juice and 1 table. a spoonful of hot water. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until all the sugar is dissolved. Remove the liquid caramel from the heat and pour immediately into the molds (the caramel should completely cover the bottoms of the molds).
  • Pour the egg mixture into molds over the caramel.
  • Preheat the oven to t = 150-160C.
  • Put the tins with cream into a baking dish and pour hot water 1/2 the height of the tins with dessert. Bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes (the cream should thicken completely). Remove the prepared desserts from the mold with water and cool to room temperature. Cover the molds with cling film and refrigerate overnight (for at least 5 hours, the more the cream is cooled, the tastier it is).
  • Run a knife along the inner edge of the molds, cover each with a dessert plate, press down, turn over and shake gently. Remove the molds and serve the dessert.
