Bought PANASONIC SD-ZB2502BTS. The first turning on of the cold stove - produces "U-50 (overheating)
They turned on in an hour and two, everything is the same. The start button flashes red (after setting the program and baking time, program 12 was used). Dear forum users, specialists, help to solve the problem.
nut
Try to turn on the stove, if overheating appears, then press the start button and hold for 3-4 seconds - the stove should reset the overheating program, then turn it on again after a couple of seconds - it may help

Thank you, I did everything as you suggested. NOTHING CHANGED. I pulled out the dough, the oven has been empty for more than 3 hours. The reaction to the inclusion of any program is still the same U-50
Elena Bo
It means the oven is out of order. If you just bought it, exchange it. If 2 weeks have already passed, then for repair.

Thank you, you have saved us from suffering. : kiss3: We changed the oven to a new one. The new one turned on without any problems, bread was already baked according to program 02. True, the bread turned out to be too loose, with a faint smell of yeast, and the top fell off. BUT, VERY DELICIOUS. Well, we will improve, although mom MULINEKS-100 bakes such awesome bread with a gorgeous crust, even for an exhibition. And the first time !!!!! And our PANASONIK-2502 let us down a second time ...
Elena Bo
It was not Panasonic that let you down this time. You probably have a double shot of yeast (yeast R and yeast B)? Or the flour was measured incorrectly.
Valeria 12
Yes, (how did you know ??) As per recipe-size m - 400 g flour and yeast R (2 tsp) B (1 tsp)
And what is wrong ???? Sori.
Elena Bo
Yeast R is the amount of yeast for quick bread and yeast B is for regular bread. Depending on which program you are baking on, add as much yeast as possible.
Valeria 12
Why doesn't the recipe say B or R? Strange interpretation. It stands clearly - Yeast R and yeast B. I do not argue with you, it is now clear that yeast b is too much here. But, without a forum you won't understand this
Elena Bo
There is a footnote at the bottom of the page. And there it is indicated. Read the instructions carefully
Valeria 12
I saw this footnote, but I realized that this is a clarification for R and B /
In general, if it were not for your assumption, I would have shuffled both types of yeast into these programs and would have looked for the reasons for the smell of yeast FOREVER. Thank you

This is not my guess. This is written in the instructions, which you saw, but did not understand.

Here are such pros !!! You just start asking your question, and they already answer you - rrrrraz! and you're done!
And they will explain a hundred times, and they won't even call you a fool !! About a fool - I mean myself - do not think bad. I remembered how, when I first turned it on, I sobbed over my Panasik, that he didn’t knead the dough for me ... I was already going to take it back ... and you see, he equalized my temperature !!!

Elena, yes Panasonic did not disappoint the second time.HB Panasonic is just SUPER.However, after I changed that defective oven.
I baked egg bread - the bread was a success, well, at least for my second bread. HERE ....
