Ingredients

Pork loin 4-5 slices
Mustard ready 1.5 tbsp. l.
Raw smoked bacon (sliced) 5 slices
Salted cucumbers 2 pcs
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste
Greens for decoration

Cooking method

  • Beat off the meat, salt, pepper, grease with mustard, top with strips of bacon.
  • Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into 4 pieces. Peel the onion and cut into 8 pieces. Put prepared vegetables on meat slices, roll into rolls, put in a saucepan with heated oil, fry over high heat for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Pour in water (3.5 cups), add tomato paste, stir, cover, cook over medium heat for 35 minutes, then transfer the rolls to a bowl.
  • Dilute the flour with water (2 tablespoons), add to a saucepan, stir, bring to a boil, season with salt, pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Arrange the rolls on plates and serve with tomato sauce. Decorate with greens if desired.
