I hope you will like it. Only be careful with salt, you can easily oversalt.

Thanks, I hope so too! If not for the huge bowl of "fur coat" in the refrigerator, I would have tried it today!

Do you know how to make chicken according to this recipe even more tender ...
With the resulting marinade (by the way, you can take more honey, it must first be melted in a micron), we inject the chicken, that is, we put the marinade into the syringe and sooooo carefully give it numerous "injections" in various places)))) The liquid should be injected slowly, otherwise the whole kitchen, you, the ceiling and the relatives who resort to your exclamations will be in a sweet-sticky substance.
The chicken will really turn blue after the "operation", but you don't need to worry, this soy sauce does its noble cause !!! Try it, you won't regret it, I tried different options, but I was most satisfied with the injection!

ready-made blue? or before baking? I make cuts and put spices in there. In chicken, I like everything for its juiciness and tenderness, except for the breast! It is a little dry, even if the rest of the meat melts in your mouth.

No, naturally, before baking, white meat + dark sauce, a slight cyanosis turns out, it was not observed in finished form. I also stuff, not with spices, but with garlic. Well, dry breast - yes, there is such in chicken, but in my version, even it (breast) is tender and juicy))

an option for introducing a child to this case, otherwise he goes to everyone injections constantly. I also stuff with garlic.

I don't think that a small child will be able to provide all possible help (according to my own judgment), I myself only once from the second understood how to "prick" correctly so as not to pollute the kitchen space, the marinade still has a denser structure due to honey than just liquid, and excessive pressure force causes the syringe to fly out of the needle along with all the sticky contents and sprinkle it into all accessible places.

I will definitely try.
By the way, my honey is very thick, but I don't melt it, under the influence of soy sauce it somehow "dissolves", maybe it depends on the type of soy sauce.

An interesting marinade, I will definitely try it. And I, so that the breast would be juicier, put chilled pieces of butter under the skin, and you can also sprinkle the breast with melted butter.

Thanks for the marinade recipe. Marinated the wings, it turned out delicious. The recipe will be in use for me.

Very in vain, it turns out very tasty, the main thing is not to overdo it
