Spicy schnitzel


Pork schnitzel 4-5 pcs
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
salt, freshly ground pepper
mustard 1-2 tbsp. spoons
tomato paste 1-2 tbsp. spoons
bulb 3 pcs
fat 100g
champignons / forest mushrooms 240 g
cream 250 ml
dandelion salad / parsley 200 g

Cooking method

  • Fry the schnitzels quickly on both sides. Put in a dish in which you will bake. Season with salt, pepper, brush with mustard and tomato paste. Flip to the other side and follow the same procedure.
  • Cut the bacon into strips, fry it in a pan where the meat was fried, put the onion there, fry until soft. Put lard and onion on the meat. Top with mushrooms, finely chopped parsley, pour cream. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes.
  • For me, it has practically remained a mystery, shrouded in darkness, what Dr. Etker meant when he wrote this:
  • "Throw dandelion salad and champignons on a sieve, mix with cream and put on schnitzel" but I didn't bother too much about this issue, because I don't have dandelion salad even in the best spring time. I can't imagine the taste of this salad. Only childhood memories of dandelion juice licked off a finger. Bitterness.
  • Therefore, without hesitation, I replaced the dandelions with parsley. But even if I thought for a long time, the dandelions would not grow from this. Today it's very cold. In the morning it was -15. Winter ... and winter food.
