And the most attractive feature of this yummy, in my opinion, is the simplicity of execution and the ability to create this miracle with children!
  • It is enough to look at the photos to fall in love with these balls and make a decision to immediately create something like that ... Moreover, every pastry chef has scraps of biscuit and remains of cream in the refrigerator.
  • But the recipe itself ...
  • Cake pops
  • Bake your favorite sponge cake. Let it cool down. Then break and grind into crumbs. You can dispose of cake scraps in this way.
  • Prepare your favorite cream (or use leftovers). Add it to the chopped crust. Stir with your hands until smooth. Add on a spoon, gradually, so that there is no liquid mush.
  • Roll into balls from this dough (take 1 ball of dough with 1 small ice cream spoon). Place these balls on a baking sheet covered with foil or baking paper. Put all balls in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the glaze, cool. Dip each stick in the icing and insert into the ball, then dip each ball in the frosting, sprinkle with powder and insert into the foam. And so make all the balls. Put them in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • The take pops are ready. You can wrap them in transparent paper and tie them with a beautiful ribbon, you can decorate your cake with them, or just please the kids with beautiful and bright sweets.

I also tried to make these pops - and nothing, especially just mixing the biscuit with cream was given. and even putting it on the sticks went well (like Suslya, I used wooden skewers, broke them into 3 parts). But it didn't work to cover it with chocolate, I smeared it hand-to-hand. A thick, completely non-flowing mass. Soft, of course, but didn't want to leak. Only it was perfectly smeared. And after all, she seemed to do everything as it should be - in a water bath, etc. And she also added oil, although after adding oil it became possible at least to smear it with a fairly thin layer, and so ...
