Rye bread with dried apricots, prunes and hazelnuts (bread machine)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 150 g
Rye flour 250 g
Warm water 260 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 3.5 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Dried apricots 12 pcs. - 70 g
Prunes 10 pieces. - 60 g
Hazelnut a handful - 45 g

Cooking method

  • Dried apricots, prunes and hazelnuts threw at once, in the beginning, right on top of everything else. During kneading, prunes were almost ground, but dried apricots with nuts remained intact.

The program is rye.

Note

My first experiment without a ready-made recipe, on a whim - and now something incredibly magical to the taste turned out, I don't want to change anything! Unless I will put more dried apricots next time, probably.

Well, I tried with pears - unsuccessfully I added 50 grams of pears to the next loaf and a little raisins (20 grams), and as a result it rose from only one side, now in profile it looks like such an oblique triangle ... Apparently, pears are heavy in one direction fell down during kneading - so, probably? Did I have to add, taking into account the additional pears, any other ingredients such as water ??
