Since I bought a baking stone, hearth products have always been baked on a stone with steam (unless the recipe strictly states that this is not necessary) and it turns out much better than just on a baking sheet.

As for kneading, I can't say anything, since you knead with your hands, you feel and see the dough better. Just theoretically, you need to knead with your hands longer than in HP. And kneading in the Dough program lasts 30 minutes.

I give a report! Having read that the bars are not salty, I decided to add more salt (the salt was sea salt), put 1 hour. l. The yeast was old (from the freezer). I wait -15, 20.3o minutes - no hat, a little foamed. I decided to throw in some sugar, as everything immediately rose, I barely brought it to the bucket. From the beginning I did everything right, and then after the second batch, I forgot to turn off the stove. Remembered after 0.5 hours - turned it off and left for another 10 minutes. Then everything is as it should be, only I did not smear it with an egg-post (the top turned out to be pale). But these are all trifles, because the bars turned out to be delicious. Spread with plum jam (autumn), yes with mint tea ......... Yummy but! Bars for those who do not want to lose weight. : lol: Thank you, Omelochka, for the recipe!
