Bars "Filippovskie"

Ingredients

Dough:
Warm water 250 g
Fresh yeast 10 g
Wheat flour 320 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Dough:
Wheat flour 160 g
Vegetable oil 60 g
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • In 125g. water to dissolve sugar, salt, add yeast, leave for 10-15 minutes until the foam "cap" appears, then pour into a bucket of HP. Add the remaining water and 320g there. flour. Switch on any program "Kneading" with heating for 10 minutes (there will be no kolobok). Turn off HP. Leave the dough to rise for 45-60 minutes.
  • Add the butter and the remaining flour over time. "Dough" mode, elastic bun. After mixing the HP, turn it off and leave for 40 minutes.
  • Then put the dough on a table sprinkled with flour. Divide into 8 lumps. Cover with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Next, form a bar from each lump, 10-12 cm long:
  • Place on a baking sheet, seam side down. Make incisions. Leave to rise for 15 minutes.
  • Brush with beaten egg before baking.
  • Do not fry too much !!!
