Cooking method

  • about ten years ago I accidentally heard this recipe and even tried it several times! although now is not the season for this dish, but it seems to me it is worthy of attention

  • so, we need vegetables, eggs, bread, salt and spices. I do not indicate the quantity, because this is done to the size of the existing frying pan (preferably deep, well, in the sense not of a pancake)
  • cut vegetables into cubes, not small, two centimeters.
  • fry in vegetable (or olive, whichever you like) oil in the following order: first, the onion until half cooked, so that it just starts to golden, then the eggplants, then the peppers and tomatoes. the frying time naturally depends on the amount thrown into the pan, I got about 15 minutes for each newly thrown vegetable
  • now you need to salt, add a bunch of spices at will, mix well, generously (!) pour eggs and of course mix well. immediately spread the sliced bread, make something like a lid out of it. try to cover the entire space with bread, you can even do curly cutting
  • this farm should be stewed over low heat for 30-40 minutes (again, depending on the number of products). the climax: turn it off, cover the pan with a large plate and turn it over - your dish will have a delicious summer pizza!
  • I sooooo love eggplants and I don’t take this pizza without them, but they can be replaced with zucchini! besides, I think that green peas will be very useful there! in general, there are a lot of options! that's why I called it "dacha" - everything that is at hand! the main thing is not to spare the eggs, so that this whole household will stick well to each other and to the bread!

Note

And you can also send a little ham to this pizza, or, for example, a kebab left over from yesterday ... Be creative, it's delicious!

Boo Boo
probably you can do this in a slow cooker, thanks for the recipe, great idea.
fugaska
if you do it in a slow cooker, then you probably shouldn't close the lid after covering with bread so that the bread does not get wet ... and so, in principle, I see no obstacles not to try to cook this miracle in the cartoon
