Strawberries stuffed with cream cheese cream

Ingredients

Strawberry (large) 300 g
Philadelphia cream cheese 100 g
Cream 23% 100 g
Powdered sugar 2-3 st. l.
Vanilla essence
Fresh berries for decoration
(like blueberries)
or nuts
Fresh mint

Cooking method

  • Cut off the sepals with a little pulp so that the berries can stand upright on a plate.
  • With a small sharp knife, cut each berry crosswise almost to the base, without cutting through to the end (so that the berry can be opened, but it would not fall apart).
  • Open each berry very carefully so that it looks like a semi-open flower.
  • Prepare the cream. Whisk the cream cheese together with the cream until soft peaks. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla essence and beat until stiff peaks.
  • Place the cream in a cooking pouch with a star-shaped attachment.
  • Fill each strawberry with the resulting cream. Decorate with nuts (I have cashews) and fresh mint sprigs, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon on top
  • It is advisable to send the dessert to the refrigerator for a while.

highly! That's for sure! It's just a pity that this is not our dish at all .. in the sense that we, our town, have strawberries in winter for some reason. And if there is .. then sooo not cheap. Eh, how not to forget until summer ...
