Fish and seafood under red marinade

Ingredients

Fish white and red
(used sea chicken and pink salmon)
200-300 g each
Different seafood 300-400 g
Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.
Garlic - crush with a knife 2-3 teeth
Onion - small head 1 PC.
Ginger 2-3 cm

Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste
choose a bright red color

Wine vinegar white 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish into pieces, sprinkle with fish spices, salt and marinate while the sauce is preparing.
  • Marinade:
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic, onion, finely grated ginger, soy sauce - simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add tomato paste, water 250-300 ml. (adjust the thickness of the sauce to taste), stir until smooth, boil slightly.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, wine vinegar, spices, salt, Provencal herbs, sugar - simmer over low heat until the tomatoes are half cooked so that they crush a little.
  • Add fish in chunks, seafood to the marinade, and simmer until tender.
  • Add fresh herbs, taste, the sauce should be sweet and sour.
  • The fish cooks very quickly, make sure that it does not fall apart into small pieces.
  • Done! Can be served hot or cold.
