The bread very quickly baked on top, I was frightened after 30 minutes and took it out. But it seems to be baked.
I just go around the kitchen like this, which usually does not eat after 6 pm, and bread in particular - after 12 days, I already chew the second piece of potato bread on sour cream, and I can’t help myself.

Baked in a bread maker. I counted the recipe for 500 grams of flour. I haven’t seen whole grain flour in our stores, so I took 300 wheat 50 semolina and 150 peeled rye, and in vegetable oil I fried the onion until golden brown. I added the onion at once and during the kneading it was ground so that only the smell remained. But what a smell !!!

The first time I baked bread in the oven. I'm not a fan of fiddling with the oven at all, I have it with a fan, it bakes quickly and probably 200 degrees was a lot. The crust turned out to be darkish, but the bread ... soft, spongy, tasty. I will bake this and try it in KP, although the family enthusiastically accepted such round homemade bread.
