Ingredients

Chicken legs 2 pcs.
Rice 3 multi-glasses
Bulb onions 300 g (4 pieces large)
Prunes 100-150 g
Raisins Handful
Garlic (heads) 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the legs into small pieces, grate the carrots, chop the onion into large rings, soak the rice in cold water.
  • Pour oil on the bottom of the saucepan, turn on the FRYING mode for 15 minutes, put the meat, salt heavily (15 grams of salt turned out to be slightly salted, but we try to use less salt), fry on both sides, 8 minutes before the end of frying, put onions to the meat, stir, fry along with meat (the onion breaks up into separate rings as it cooks).
  • Put the carrots on top of the onion and meat, and do not mix any more. Distribute the carrots evenly over the surface of the pilaf. Fill it with water - 4 multi-glasses (up to the level of carrots, not higher). STEWING 20 minutes.
  • Spread rice evenly over the carrots, stick in raisins, prunes, garlic. Pour 2.5 multi-glasses of water (water is 1 cm above the rice level). As it boils, you can look in, additionally adjust the amount of salt until the water boils away. RICE / SPAGHETTI mode
