The recipe is wonderful, I made it on water, sunflower oil and without an egg during the post - they are as tasty as in the original. Your recipe is just a gift for the housewives, I handed it out to all my friends, everyone likes it, Thanks from all my eaters!

Yesterday I baked entikh pies - flew away! My husband walks into the kitchen, strokes his tummy, looks at me and says, "Well, what should I do with you? Because of your breathtaking pies, I will soon become a bun!" I listened, listened, and today I made some pies again, well, I didn't have enough yesterday ...

Thank you so much for the wonderful dough recipe!
unfortunately, I can't insert a photo (I took a photo specially today)
Inna2011
Please tell me, I kneaded the dough in HP and forgot to leave it there for detuning, and immediately put it in the refrigerator, it has been there for 2 hours, can I already mold pies or keep it cold.
Guylechka
Inna2011! After kneading, I do two cycles in the "dough for dumplings" mode (14 min. X2), IMMEDIATELY, that is, without proofing in cotton, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour! After 1 hour (you should have seen that it has increased in volume!), Immediately sculpt the pies! This dough is convenient because it fits quickly, 2 hours is a lot for it, I think that you have stopped it ... Everything is fast, convenient and the pies are sooo tasty, just do it exactly according to the recipe! Good luck!
Guylechka
I will not stop singing praises to this test! On February 17, my husband flew to Turkey for 3 months, I prepared for him any food with me (so that at least the first couple of days I could eat at home), so yesterday he only mentioned everything I had prepared (including pastries - cookies, eclairs, pies) THESE pies! Once again, I want to thank Dentist for this recipe!
Olesha
And I thank you!
The first pies were with onions and eggs. Having tried it, my husband delivered a verdict - this is a dough for pies with liver! Chicken stomachs and hearts turned out to be exactly what the beloved wanted so much. And now for two weeks on weekends we have delicious pies with liver. Very tasty.
Thank you
Suslya
So ... I'm telling you ... I was visiting a friend, and she treated me to an apple pie, not ... Divine Apple Pie, airy, tender, I did not just overeat of them, but insolently overeats, mumbled there and waved my hand so that they would throw a piece into my plate. Then I demanded a recipe and moreover immediately! and Lenusya is like this to me - "So this is from your forum .. from Breadmaker. ru, I will throw those exiles." And here I am! I bring a plus, thank you and a bunch of kisses for the recipe
Luysia
Yes, Suslya, you have a long way to this test ...

Hello everyone.
So I came with an owl THANKS !!!!! The dough is just super!

And although my first pies in the oven in my life turned out to be not as beautiful as those of other members of the forum, but they were also very, very tasty. The husband even got up earlier than usual in order to get to the table with pies faster

Tell me again: 1. Can I put the dough in the refrigerator right after kneading? And then in HP Kenwood the "dough" mode is 30 minutes. kneading and 1 hour proofing.
2. Is it better to melt or waste the butter on a grater?
3. If you make pies with fresh apples - will they not give juice?
villoy79
Thanks to the author for the cool recipe: yesterday I baked pies for the first time in my life, they looked ugly, but the taste is justoooooooo yum-yum, now the second batch of dough is coming, I'm afraid of the Khan to my figure))))))))))

I have a program dough 1.30, then put it in the refrigerator for an hour.I just cut the butter into small pieces, now I'm doing it on vegetable, there is no butter, but I don't want to go to the store, I did it with pears, the juice dripped, but after cooling down, the pies came off the paper. she covered the pies with 2 towels, as advised above on temka, first dry then wet, they are indeed tender
iab
Thank you so much for the pies. These are my first pies in my life. Previously, my grandmother baked pies, but my mother and I were somehow not worthy to learn. And this morning it came over me I want a pie with "grandmother's" cabbage filling and that's it. I wanted so badly that as soon as the store opened, I drove for cabbage, margarine and yeast. I took out my grandmother's recipes from the far drawer, started reading and realized ... that with my "experience" I can't make grandma's cabbage pie. But for the pie, everything has already been bought + well, I really want a pie. I started to rummage on the Internet and came across this recipe. Did everything 1-2 and compote according to the recipe from the first post, did not step back a step. When my husband called from work and I told him that I was busy with pies, I should have heard what I heard about my ability to pies. In general, I think that for the first time in my life, my pies were just SOOO. I read all the tips later, while the dough was in the refrigerator and allowed to stand. When my husband came home from work, the first thing I did was shove him a pie (only I didn’t have little pretty pies, but huge "bast shoes", maybe the little ones didn’t stick to me). In general, before supper he ate a couple, at supper instead of bread one more, and then he drank tea with pies. I decided to take a picture only now (the leftovers from the pies), when I began to tell my friend how tasty and easy to prepare the pies I got

And why is it "bast shoes"? They look pretty decent to me. And my grandmother loved to repeat: "The mouth is happy with a large piece!"

You have great pies! And if for the first time, you are generally a talent!

Thank you very much for rating my patties. It's just that I got used to the fact that when my grandmother baked pies, they were so small, pretty, you can eat it in 2 bites and immediately grab the second one. And these turned out to be of such a size that 1 pie = 1 cup of tea))). Today I have already agreed with a neighbor (who is a guru in cooking) that on my next attempt she will come to me, and we will sculpt with her together. So, I hope that I will still show off a beautiful photo and beautiful "exterior" pies
kosmosilos
Like many of those who unsubscribed here, these pies were my first experience. The dough is super-duper, it was a pleasure to sculpt. It turned out 24 pies (half with jam, half with egg + rice + greens). In my opinion they were small, I thought they would increase more. My husband liked it I will do more! Now with meat.
Is there an MK forum for sculpting pies? Otherwise, some of them were not very beautiful, some of them opened up when baking.

How many TEST recipes seem to be the same: water, flour, sugar, salt And the result is different for each

I will definitely try it next week and sign off on the topic of sweet pies. Tomorrow we are going to visit our mother-in-law, so I have already ordered pies with cabbage and potatoes with mushrooms. And if my husband asked me to bake pies for my mother-in-law's table, then there’s no doubt that my first pies were a million percent successful

I bake this recipe all the time!

Right with apples and cinnamon. On the left - with carrots and eggs.

And apples again.

And the buns with sugar are excellent, and nuts and honey. And any pies with a bang. Even fried with meat. )))

Pies "Delicate"

I did a test and a half. I ended up with 56 medium-sized patties with four different fillings - potatoes, cabbage, pumpkin and apple. The dough is surprisingly docile and light. The only change in the recipe is the replacement of butter with vegetable oil.

Thank you!
Omorale
in my opinion, this test is too little sugar! as a result, the finished product tastes like ordinary bread.
if I’m going to repeat it, I’ll definitely increase the amount of sugar, literally 2 times. and I'll put a little more salt.

to the author - merci!

Pies "Delicate"

Category:
Bakery products
Ingredients
Wheat flour

3 tbsp.
Milk

1 tbsp.
Salt

1 tsp
Sugar

1 tbsp. l.
Creamy margarine

100 g
Dry yeast
(I am using Dr. Oetker
they have 1 sachet for 500 g of flour,
in spoons it is 2.25 tsp.)

1 sachet
Egg

1 PC.
Cooking method
cup 200 ml
Grate margarine or cut into small pieces. Place the ingredients in the bucket in the order recommended by the manufacturer of your bread maker. Dry yeast
(I use Dr. Oetker In Panasonic I set it to "pizza dough" mode, and in LG it is just "dough".

Wrap the finished dough in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Take the dough for each pie a little larger than a walnut, knead it with your hands (a rolling pin is not needed) as it is very tender. Put the filling on the seridine of a thin round cake, join the edges and pinch. Put the pies on a greased baking sheet, or better covered with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and let rise. Grease with a beaten egg and bake in the oven at 230-240 * C.

Time for preparing:

15 minutes
Cooking program:

230-240 * C.
Note

Previously, I always made this dough by hand, and after the bread maker appeared - only in it. Any filling is suitable: sweet, meat, fish, cabbage, etc.

I have a question:
in the instructions for Dry yeast
Dr. Oetker says they need to be mixed with flour. And here it says: Place the ingredients in the bucket in the order recommended by the manufacturer of your bread maker. (c) In the PANASONIK 2502 model, according to the instructions, yeast must be put into the dispenser and not otherwise. Active, dry yeast, Yuva, has proven itself very well, I always use it, put it in the dispenser and the dough rises with a bang. Advise who kneaded in Panas 2502, what yeast they used and how much they took specifically for this recipe. I'd like to try baking.

the second time I bake and nothing good comes out, I hardly finish eating alone ... strange.

Thank you very much for the recipe !!
I have done it three times already with meat and cabbage and sweet (with apple jam) - the result is the same - awesome! And it couldn't be easier !!
I bake in the airfryer, as the oven has broken. There are 2 bookmarks of 8 large or 12 smaller ones.
Thank you!!!

Pies "Delicate" THANKS FOR THE RECIPE.

the pies are quick, not complicated and very tasty. I baked it many times with all kinds of fillings - the result is excellent.
BlackHairedGirl
I don’t remember the umpteenth time, I bake these pies and I’m not overjoyed. Both the size and taste of the dough are impeccable. Baked with pressed yeast, 10 gr. The recipe is great for salty fillings. This time - potatoes with liver and green onions + egg + butter. The size of the finished pies is from a matchbox. This size turned out to be the most delicious for us. There were 42 of them. To the author

Girls, how many eggs do you need for the filling for one batch?
Crochet
simfira, I think it will depend on how much filling you plan to pack in pies.

For example, I always have toppingsandxachu pushing, well, they love mine, when there is a lot of it, fillings !!!

Thank you so much for the recipe! The pies are amazing! Made with different fruit fillings. Even my daughter tried and said that it was delicious

Great recipe. Yesterday I made the dough, but did not calculate with time - while I cooked the soup, the child put the child to bed, it was already 12 at night. But then the dough came up, I had to sculpt. And at 2 am I sat and ate these pies, it turned out deliciously. Only probably I put in a little yeast and my pies are thin at all, but this did not affect the taste.
But what I did - there were 2 such plates. I have with apricot jam, apple and fresh apples with sugar.
Next time I will do it with onions and eggs, yesterday I somehow spontaneously wanted pies, and only jam is at hand.

Pies "Delicate"

P.S. I sit, have breakfast and gobble up pies with tea.

Yes, the dough from Slastona is excellent. What is there, super! Twice already, according to the sweet recipe, I baked and the pastries were excellent. I recommend it to those who have not tried it.
Now I will master "tender pies". Shoveled the whole topic, everyone is happy. I want it too!
Thanks to everyone who shares their experience and observations! The whole process is described in especially detail on page 12, for which a special thank you!

Hello!

I baked pies - the dough is very convenient to work with, something that does not need to be rolled out for me is a fairy tale It turned out beautiful, but for some reason the dough came out rather dry, I want it not to be as dry and softer as to do it?
MomMaxa
Thank you very much for the recipe! I "hooked" the whole family on your pies. Now our cooks are competing how many times they cooked according to this recipe and with what fillings. And the pies really "melt" in your mouth! Yes, so fast that I just can't take a picture!
