Ingredients

Peeled rye flour 50 g
Wheat flour 1 grade 400 g
Water 310 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 2 tsp
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Bran 2 tbsp. l.
Cumin (after beep) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I baked it on program 5. 1 set of test 32 min, 2 set of test 30 min, 3 set of test according to the program 55 min. increased to 65 minutes, turning off the oven before baking for 10 minutes, then baked on program 14 for 70 minutes (I think the result would have been no worse if baked according to the standard program).

So I decided to share my little experience in baking bread. A month ago I bought a Kenwood BM-256 stove, not without the help of the members of the forum "bread machine". The first pancake turned out to be lumpy, that is, the bread was not of the highest quality, but all for the simple reason of the wrong amount of ingredients. I had to buy electronic scales, which I advise everyone. Of course, everything went like clockwork with the scales, the bread turned out to be lush and fragrant (as evidenced by the positive reviews of friends). Since my family prefers dark-colored bread, naturally all my experiments were aimed at improving the skill in this direction)
