Ingredients

Fish (I have coho salmon) 300g
Cheese 70 g
Egg 1 PC
Starch 0.5-1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
A little dill (I have a frost) 2 tbsp. l.
Spice taste
Salt, taste
Pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I cut the fish finely. Grated the cheese on a coarse grater, added an egg, starch, mayonnaise and spices. She mixed everything and left for 2 hours.
  • We choose oven mode, level 3, 10 minutes and with the lid open as in a frying pan, fry our cutlets on both sides, which we put with a spoon in the bowl of the pressure cooker. For these 10 minutes I fried 7 cutlets.
  • Then we put all the cutlets in the pressure cooker bowl, close the lid, choose oven mode, level 3, 3 minutes and warm up our cutlets.
  • The cutlets are juicy, not dry, with pieces of melted cheese. Well sooo delicious. Served with salad and bulgur.
