Cookies "Serpentine"

Serpentine cookies

Ingredients

Wheat flour 400 g
Sugar 200 g
Butter 200 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
Vanillin or vanilla sugar 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Grind the softened butter with sugar, add vanillin or vanilla sugar (I have a liquid vanilla extract), eggs and flour with baking powder on the tip of a knife. Divide the finished dough into two parts and mix cocoa well into one of them. Then roll both parts into two identical rectangles. To do this, I use two flexible plastic cutting rugs and a mat with a chocolate layer on top of the white dough. Then I roll up this "sandwich" (without rugs, of course) and put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. The frozen roll is cut into transverse circles. On a baking sheet covered with baking paper and forward.

Time for preparing:

15-20 minutes

Cooking program:

in a hot oven, 180 *.
