Wheat flour 320 g
Barley groats 150 g
Fresh yeast 10 g

Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with sugar. Pour kefir, water, yeast, oil at the bottom of the bucket, crumble the cottage cheese. Top with flour, grains, salt. Dough mode. We follow the kolobok. Add flour / water depending on the curd.
  • At the end of the program, place the dough on a table sprinkled with flour. We form a bun from the edges to the center. We put it in shape. We leave it up to 2-2.5 times increase.
  • Sprinkle with water before baking.
  • Bake with steam (that is, gently sprinkle into the oven for the first 15 minutes every 5 minutes) in a preheated oven at 220C-15 minutes, 200C-15 minutes, 180C - until cooked for 20-30 minutes.
