Ingredients

Wheat flour 285 g
Rye flour 65 g
Water 250 ml
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1 tsp
Ground cumin 1 tsp
Powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Bake in the "Diet" (5h) or "Basic" (4h) program. I tried the oven on Panasonic-255 in these two modes. It turned out great. But I liked the bread in the "Diet" program better.

In your recipe, I changed only two things - instead of olive oil, melted butter, instead of lemon juice, tangerine (it turned out in the process that the lemons ran out and I was improvising).
