Bean soup

Ingredients

Beans 2 multi-glasses
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Onion 1 PC
Carrot 1-2 pcs.
Broth or boiling water 1.5 liters
Salt taste
Ground roots:
- celery taste
- parsley taste
Ground fenugreek taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Prepare frying, chop potatoes.

  • 2. Putting everything together - frying-potatoes-beans.

  • 3. Fill boiling water or hot broth.

  • 4. Choosing a program "Multipovar":
  • - if the beans were previously soaked in water for 4 hours, then we put on 30 minutes;
  • - if not soaked - 40 minutes

  • 5. After releasing steam, open - add seasonings - dried celery roots, parsley and chopped fenugreek and salt.

  • 6. We put "Multipovar" still on 10 minutes.

  • If you want the beans to be more boiled, then the lid at the end can not be opened for a while, it will finish.

  • The soup turns out to be fabulous, rich, bon appetit

  • Above level 10 - do not pour - to avoid escaping through the valve!

  • Bean soup

Note

I always use large sweet beans for this soup.
I generally have a quirk on her, especially after physical exertion - I want her mercilessly
Therefore, I always make such a quick soup without meat, that is, lean. But whoever wants - can be with broth.
With frying, too, for love - who loves - fries, who loves more dietary - add onions and carrots raw.

Yesterday I tried to make this soup. My beans are also white, in a Panasonic multicooker in the "stewing" mode it was cooked for 2 hours.
Here, I initially set it to 45 minutes, which was not enough. I added another 30 minutes, too, did not cook, and only after adding another 20 minutes it turned out. Total 1 hour 35 minutes.

This could be if it was poured not with boiling water, but with cold water.

For an hour and a half, I cook this bean soup not on the "Multipovar", but on the mode "Porridge" - when I have a lot of free time and I can afford to spend so much time on soup and run this mode 2 times in a row
Then it turns out for that - 1.5-2 hours, depending on how much soup and depending on how much water is in it, otherwise I have so many beans I gurgle that it does not work out the soup at all, but bean porridge

In general - according to the right, it is better to cook legumes on a slower mode, it is better to keep the proteins and everything else.

so, after all, a Panasonic multicooker, and the author cooks in a pressure cooker, hence the time difference
