Ingredients

Egg 5 pieces
Flour 2 multi-glasses
Sugar 1 multi-glass
Apples 1.5 pcs. (Medium)

Cooking method

  • Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Peel the apples, cut the core, cut the rest into cubes or slices. Beat the whites (add 1 tablespoon sugar at the end) until peaks. Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar, add flour and a third of the whipped whites, mix well. Add remaining proteins and mix gently.
  • Grease a bowl of a multicooker (Xwall) with oil, pour out a third of the dough, spread the apples evenly and pour the remaining dough on top.
  • Cook on 만능 찜 (multi-cook) for 80 minutes.
  • After the expiration of the time, leave in the multitude for 10 minutes.
