Steamed bread

Ingredients

Yeast 1.5h l. dry or 7 gr. fresh pressed
Warm water 180 ml.
Sugar 2 tsp
Flour 300gr
Corn oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Opara
  • Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar and 2 tbsp. l. Flour. Cover the dishes and leave for 20-30 minutes.

  • Knead the remaining flour, butter, salt and dough into the dough. The dough should be tight. Leave covered for 1 hour. Prepare a slow cooker.

  • Knead the dough, put it in a slow cooker on the steam plate (it is very convenient to put a piece of gauze or coarse linen cloth, previously soaked in vegetable oil, on the steam plate - the bread will loosely stick). Pour water into the pot up to the 2 mark. Put on warm-up for 5 minutes and turn off. Let it come up for 20-30 minutes.
  • Screw on the valve. Switch on multi-cook mode and cook for 30 minutes. After the time has elapsed, let stand for 5 minutes. Take out the bread and place it under a towel. Let it rest for 10-20 minutes.

Thanks for the link. And use the recipe to your health! From time to time, I add sesame seeds to this bread, and instead of corn oil, sesame seeds. It turns out to be a very interesting bread.
